This tour will cover the most popular destinations in  Uganda. This is mainly a Gorrilla trek experience. With our experienced driver guides, it will be a trip of a lifetime!

DAY 1. ENTEBBE- QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

You will be picked up from your hotel and start the drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and have a stop at the equator and then continue to the park. The park is one of Uganda’s most popular scenic game drives with a wide variety of wild animals and over 600 bird species incorporating a wide variety of habitats that range from savanna to wetlands and lowland forest. You will have an evening game drive in the park and proceed to the lodge for an overnight stay.

DAY 2. QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

You will have an early morning game drive. There are over 100 mammal species including lions, hippos, buffaloes, leopards, spotted hyenas, elephants, and the elusive giant forest hog in this park. You will then return to the lodge. In the afternoon, you will have a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel where you will have a chance to see different animals coming to take water and a variety of bird species.

DAY 3. QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK- BWINDI

You will have an en-route visit to the southern part of Queen Elizabeth – Ishasha. This sector is notably known for its resident tree-climbing lions which are an exceptional attraction in the park. You will have a brief game drive in search of tree-climbing lions. Afterward, you’ll drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The park is home to the endangered mountain gorillas and hosts a variety of spectacular birds including 23 of the 24 Albertine Rift endemic bird species, including blue-throated broadbill, bar-tailed trogon, and other beautiful forest species. You will go to bed earlier this evening so that you are well-rested for a thrilling experience of gorilla tracking the next day.

DAY 4. BWINDI(GORILLA TREKKING

After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters where you will have an orientation and meet your guides for the day. Trekking the mountain gorilla is one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The trek will take between 2 and 7 hours but is well worth the effort. You will be led by an experienced ranger who will tell you interesting facts about flora and fauna and the lifestyle of the gorillas. The trekking is a thrill and yet challenging as you hike through the forest to the gorillas. Once you reach a gorilla family, you will have a chance to observe the family in close proximity for an hour.

DAY 5. BWINDI- ENTEBBE

Today, you will have breakfast and then proceed for an 8-10 hours drive to Entebbe International Airport or hotel for your drop off.
